There, my role as Manager overseeing specialty departments, gave me full knowledge as a Flooring Specialist, Kitchen Designer, and Renovation Manager, roles that enriched my knowledge of home improvement and renovation. This experience allows me to offer clients unique insights and expert advice on how to enhance their living spaces. Also serving for a time as Operations Manager, where I refined my skills in managing complex operations and ensuring top-notch customer service.

My retail management experience spans over 25 years, equipping me with a versatile skill set and a strong commitment to excellence.
